John Crocker is currently the sales and warehouse manager at our Greenville Location.
He is married with 2 adult kids and has a background in the US Air Force where he served as a Munitions Systems Specialist. He obtained the Methodology Certification, EMT-I Certification and SAR Tech Ill Certification. John established and operated a warehouse that was connected to a flooring business for 22 years. During that time he attended the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) at Clemson, SC, furthering his knowledge in different aspects of ceramic tile work.

Chrissy Fisher started as our front counter sales person in August of 2023 but was promoted to design and sales consultant in October 2023.
She has nineteen years experience in sales, five of those years in real estate. As a Realtor, she learned how to listen for what clients were looking for, worked diligently to help them find their perfect home and developed a keen eye for home décor.
She is always happy to assist you with all your tile needs and questions.

Braile Brewer is our front counter and online sales person. She joined us in November of 2023.
Braile received her bachelor's in human services at the University of Phoenix where she learned to assess, evaluate, intervene, and re-evaluate social structures with children and families. Braile has a caring heart that is noticed not only by our staff but also by our customers. She loves engaging with our customers, providing excellent customer service and always greeting them with a smile when they come in.

She is a student at Liberty University and will graduate in December with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a minor in writing.

Steven Sullivan is our warehouse manager, who joined the Batts Tile family in May 2024.
Steven enrolled at Wilson Community College in 2008 where he completed the heavy equipment operator program allowing him to learn and develop the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to operate heavy equipment.
Steven had a career in construction for fifteen years and then made a career change to industrial painter and powder coat operator for five years.
Steven is a great asset to the Batts Tile staff and to our customers with his helpfulness and eagerness to make sure orders are ready.
